Leopoldo was in his car with his wife's family going to the village Jamaica for visit. On the road, he was stopped by the police, they asked him for the driving licence and ordered him to accompany them. Leopoldo asked if he had violated some laws, but he was told that at the police unit they will explain him everything. There, he was fined 500 pesos for transporting illegal passengers. Leopoldo told that he was only transporting the family of his wife, when the officer replied that it had nothing to do with it. He replied that all of them were the same oppressors and then, he was imprisoned in a cell where he remained for about 10 hours.
