Luis Emilio Ruiz Esponda is an activist of the independent civil society, a defender of human rights, and a member of the organization Current of the Legal Culture for the Cuban Civil Society. Luis received two letters that he had attempted to send out with information about the work of the organization. To his surprise, the letters had been cancelled for no apparent reason and never reached their destination.
