UNPACU activist detained to be prevented from attending a protest march



An activist Felipe Blanco González was going to attend a protest march demanding the release of political prisoners and the end of political repression against human rights activists. At 6:30, he was detained in San Lino Street by several police officers and State Security officials. They put him in the patrol car and and driven him to the police station. Felipe was given an official warning which he refused to sign.
