A man detained and threatened for his activities as a human rights defensor

When Raudel Martinez Milan and his father were about to leave their house, they were intercepted by two State Security officials Arturo and Edi. Raudel was driven to the National Revolutionary Police in Manuel Tamez. He was interrogated and threatened by the officials. They told him that according to the order, he is prohibited from leaving the city and thus he cannot go to Guantanamo. Moreover, if he stayed in the opposition movement, it would not end well for him. He was released that same day at 12 pm.
