Niorvis Rivera Guerra detained for 12 hours



Niorvis Rivera Guerra was heading to the headquarters of UNPACU in Guantanamo to travel to Santiago de Cuba to attend the Sunday Mass. At 2 a.m., he was detained by the officers of the State Security and the riot squad (Captain Bryan, Officer Kevin, Jeferson...). He was taken to the detention center and threatened with prison. At 2 p.m., after 12 hours, he was released.
