Francisco Rangel Manzano arrested again for the alleged crime of spreading epidemics

Police authorities went to Francisco Rangel Manzano's home at 12:55 a.m. and informed him that he had to accompany them. They put him in a patrol car and drove him to the Police Station in the municipality of Colón, where he lived. Throughout the arrest, they kept him in an office. Minutes before being released, at 3:55 p.m he was issued a warning for the crime of "Propagation of Epidemics." All of this was due to Rangel Manzano continuing to distribute food to people in need.
