Lady in White prevented from participating in a traning in Argentina

On Monday, 13 January 2020, Annia Zamora Carmenate, a Lady in White, was about to travel to Argentina and participate in a training organized by the Center for the Opening and Development of Latin America (CADAL). When she approached the migration officers at the José Martí International Airport in Havana, she was informed by them that she had been banned from leaving the country and they would not allow her to travel, violating her right to leave and return to the country.
