Francisco was going to the church Santa Catalina de Ricci with the aim of participating in the Sunday Mass organized by the Ladies in White. When he was on the street Pedro Agustín Pérez and Carretera, the State Security officer known as Kevin or Jefferson arrested him. He was taken to the police unit called Parque 24 where he was released after 2 hours.
