UNPACU activist detained and threatened by State Security for more than 24 hours

In the morning, 29 December 2020, Yoandry Figueredo Torreblanca was walking around in the Caribe Dictrict in the city of Guantánamo, when a white vehicle stopped in front of him. State Security officials Lionis and Luis Ángel got off the car, detained Torreblanca and by force put him in the car. He was then driven to the police unit Parque 24 where he still did not receive any explanation or official document on his arrest. On the next day, he was received by official Lionis who told him that if one more poster appeared in the city, he would go to jail. So, he should stay home until the end of the year and not meet any counter-revolutionary, otherwise he would see what would happen. The young man was kept detained for more than 24 hours under threats and without any right guaranteed.
