October 2 Henry Couto Guzman was heading into the national seat of UNPACU in the province of Santiago. He was stopped in the control point located in the PNR Riofrio on the road to Santiago de Cuba. He was arbitrarily detained and confiscated by officers of the National Revolutionary Police (PNR). The police officer of the PNR Luís Martínez prevented to Henry a call from his mobile. He pulled his shirt, broke three buttons on it, offended him with obscene words and threatened he killed him. He imposed Henry to fulfill orders of State Security naming him a mercenary. Henry Couto Guzman was detained for three hours. He was released but they did not allowed him to go to Santiago.
