An activist deteined for 2 hours on way to the UNPACU assembly



An activist of human rights was going to the city Santiago de Cuba from Guantánamo in order to attend an UNPACU assembly. At the checkpoint he was insulted and detained for 2 hours by the head of the Department of State Security known as "Capitán Bryan". In the past, the activist was threatened to be imprisoned because of his activities.
