Roelvis was beaten and robbed by the police

Roelvis Cuba Sendo was walking home when he saw several police officers on the street. Someone called him, so he took out his cell phone but the police thought that he was recording them, so the officer Kevin along with the police hit him and handcuffed him tightly which means that he felt an intense pain. He was taken to the police unit called Park 24. During the detention, Roelvis did not have his cell phone Samsung and his red and black bicycle and until now he has not seen his belongings. They did not show any act of occupation.
