Arbitrarily recorded and accused without reason

Juan Agüero Matos 's house was registered at least three times in 2017, being searched for something related to theft and sacrifice, but never finding any evidence. Juan was charged and sanctioned with the latter of these to three years of deprivation of liberty, years that were reduced to the movement from home to work for the crime of Pre-criminal Social Danger. On the day of the event, the captain of the Investigative Technical Department detained him in his home for alleged theft and sacrifice. He was taken to the detention center of the State Security Operations where he remained for several days until he was released with a bail of 500 pesos (15.5 €) until the trial. This was the second time that they wanted to prosecute him without evidence.
