Leyva Gonzalez detained for 6 hours and threatened not to participate in the activities organized by the opposition for Human Rights Day.



Leyva Gonzalez was summoned by the Sector Chief of his area to report to Police Unit Park 24 by order of State Security. There he was threatened because allegedly had information that they were preparing an activity for Human Rights Day with opponents of the regime. He was warned that if he was detained during this supposed activity, he would be prosecuted for the crime of disobedience. Finally, after 6 hours detained in the Police Unit, he was released.
