Annia was coming home from the mass with her daughter. Walking through the park in the municipality Jovellanos, a white Lada car stopped by and major Silvia and another three uniformed women came to them. Without identifying themselves or explaining the reason of the detention, major Silvia said: "You will get in the car, just because I want it". Then she pushed Annia and they were driven to the police station, where they were interrogated. Two hours later they were told they could go home.
