Activist from Guantánamo intimidated by State Security in the center of the city

Niober García Fournier was heading home along with Manuel Alejandro León, after they had visited another human rights activist who had been detained. They both soon realized that they were being followed by a State Security (DSE) patrol. When they arrived on the Los Maceos Street in the city center, they were stopped by the DSE patrol car. Two DSE officials known as Víctor Víctor and Luis Ángel or Roberto got off the car and asked them what they were doing there. Niober replied that Manuel would just find a bus back home and then he would go home as well. The officials told them to leave the place immediately and if something happened there, they would regret it.
