Victim detained and locked in a patrol car in Guantanamo with the car turned off despite high temperatures



On September 4 at 7:00 a.m. the victim was detained and put in patrol car 607. He was driven to the National Highway and while in a desolate part of the road, the patrol car crew got out and left the victim locked up with the car turned off and the windows closed in spite of the high temperatures in Guantanamo.
