On the morning of August 23, the Sector Chief and an officer from the Enfrentamiento Unit went to the victim's home, where they detained him and later on took him to the Parque 24 de Febrero Police Unit. The officer showed the victim a group of people who were at the corner of the residence and warned him that they would be willing to beat him up if necessary.
