11J protester detained, beaten, tortured with abrupt temperature changes and denied medical care and treatment

The victim is one of the demonstrators of July 11, 2021. About 15 policemen apprehended him at his home, who upon arresting him beat him savagely even in the bus where he was taken to the penitentiary center. Among the blows they gave him, they hit him hard on the head. While he was detained at 100 and Aldabó, they took him out of his cell at dawn and kept him locked in an office for several hours with the air conditioning on too high. As a result of the beatings and these periods of time subjected to abrupt temperature changes, he lost track of time. The back of his skull is also sinking from all the blows he has received, but he still has not received any medical attention or treatment.
