An UNPACU activist besieged in his house and prevented from joining a protest

In the morning, 28 March 2021, repressive forces of the Cuban regime appeared in front of the house of a human rights activist from the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU), Yoandry Matos Guindo. The intention was to beat him up if he left the house. The police and regime collaborators gathered in front of the activist’s house with sticks and stones as a reaction on a call on people to come to parks and wear something blue as a form of protest against beatings, lack of freedom and violation committed by the regime against the population.
