Jorge Domínguez Ibargoyen, a journalist from ICLEP (Cuban Institute for Freedom of Expression and the Press) was assaulted and threatened by a shift manager of the bus terminal in Colón in the Matanzas Province. On October 9, 2015, Jorge went to the bus terminal in Coĺón to find out more about increasing state support of bus transportation. When Jorge was going to take a video, Joaquín Pedroso, the shift manager, verbally insulted him and threatened he would beat him up in case he goes on in taking videos. He called him couterrevolutionary and mercenary and used other offensive words. Joaquín Pedroso, the shift manager, is supposed to be a State Security collaborator.
