When Celina Osoria Claro was on her way to mass at La Milagrosa church, a State Security Department (DSE) officer, known as Víctor Víctor, detained her on Cuartel and Paseo street. The victim was taken to the police unit of the town of “La Yaya” which is located in the municipality of Niceto Pérez. Celina was released the same day around 7:30 p.m.
