Injured and detained for 96 hours

On Monday, September 10, 2018, the victim was repressed and taken to the State Security unit. The victim was at the meeting in his area to analyze the new constitutional project. He was contradicting the prosecutor when a State Security agent came over him, causing damage to his face and a fracture in his left hand. The victim was taken to the State Security operations center, where he remained for around 96 hours. He was released with a fine of 1,500 pesos (€ 50) for public scandal and warned that he would be prosecuted for disobedience if he continues his activity.
