At 6 am, Bartolo Cantillo Romero was on his way to Santa Catalina de Ricci Church to attend Sunday Mass. When he was going through Los Maceos and 3 Sur, State Security (DSE) official known as Kevin detained him and took him to the DSE unit called Operations. He was released on the same day at 11:30 am.
