Surveillance outside freelance journalist's home during the first anniversary of 11J

Niober García Fournier, a human rights observer and independent journalist, suffered intense surveillance outside his home on July 10 and 11, due to the first anniversary of the historic protests that took place in Cuba the previous year. On both days Niober had the presence of two or more State Security agents at the corner of his house. The agents followed him wherever the journalist moved.
