Suanét was detained while distributing the document Citizen Demand for Another Cuba near the Yara cinema, situated at 23 and L Vedado in Havana. The agents neutralized her violently and they were verbally insulting her "sow" and "counter-revolutionist". One of the agents had the number 05201. She remained detained 5 hours in the National Police Unit of Zapata. During this time, she was interrogated by the agent of the Department of the State Security Frank who threatened her with beating her every time they detain her.
