Dianelys Rodríguez was about to get on the bus in the direction of La Habana and later on to Sancti Spíritus Province where she was going to carry out a training on human rights and meet with directors from the Cuban Institute for Freedom of Expression and Press (ICLEP). In that moment, she was detained and kept for about three hours in the bus terminal. During the detention, she was threatened with imprisonment for her human rights activities as a director of the Panorama Pinareño bulletin.
