Computer apprehended without a legal justification

The captains Eduardo Ávila and Esneider Silva Galindo accompanied by a patrol car of the Criminal Instruction Department of the Province of Las Tunas visited the house of the victim aiming at searching for his computer, which was apprehended by the Captains in a search without witnesses. The perpetrators indicated that the computer was going to be returned to the victim, however to the date this has not occurred.
