Human rights activist detained arbitrarily for 4 hours

Human rights activist Máximo was heading to the city of Héctor Infante on his bicycle. Passing in front of the police unit, he was arrested by the State Security Officer known as Richard and the captain of the Ministry of Interior known as Fran Mestre. They led him to the police unit, where he was interrogated by Richard, who asked where he was going. Máximo replied that he did not have to give explanations and the officer replied that he was surely going to the counterrevolutionaries and that they would not allow it since they were watching them from the early morning. He was detained for 4 hours.
