Niorvis Rivera Guerra was heading to UNPACU headquarters at Guantanamo on Calle San Lino south between 2 and 3 in order to go to attend Catholic Mass in Santiago de Cuba province. At 5.20 am he was arrested by the security officer of Sergio State in patrol car 600 Niorvis was conducted for Unit Operations crimes against state security at kilometer one and a half road the Savior of Guantanamo City. There he was threatened that if he continued in his activism they would take him to prison. They drew up a warning report that Niorvis did not sign. His case was reported on Radio Marti.
