The activist of the Patriotic Union of Cuba (UNPACU), Luis Alfredo Peréz Paján, has been a victim of constant psychological mistreatment by the National Revolutionary Police. On this occasion, the Sector Chief, Hanael Hernández, and his informant, Francisco Santo Saname, threatened Mr. Luis with the confiscation of his bicycle cab due to the fact that he was carrying a sign that read the phrase "patria y vida" (homeland and life).
