In the morning, 10 March 2021, a citizen of Banes, Wilson Almaguer García, was detained while he was transporting 1500 bricks in a rented tractor. The police confiscated the bricks and fined him 750 pesos in CUP. Almaguer García was kept in detention for several hours and then he was released. Before leaving, the officials gave him back the tractor.
