Vladimir Martin Castellanos, activist and textile technician from Santiago de Cuba, was driving to Las Tunas in order to arrange legal formalities. Suddenly, a national police car along with various agents of political police detained him. They took him out of the car by force and drove him to the National Revolutionary Police in Puerto Padre in the patrol car violating that way his right to free movement. He remained at the police station for 4 days being an object of mocking from the part of national and political police officers.
