Activist Manuel de Jesús was on his way to the UNPACU headquarters to participate in a training seminar on nonviolent struggle. In front of the headquarters, he was detained by State Security and political police. He was taken in the police car # 621 to the detention unit where he was interrogated by the Security Major Mijail and informed that they will not allow Manuel de Jesus to participate in subversive meetings. He was detained for 23 hours.
