Arian Dartayet Muñoz was participating in the Seminar for Democracy in Cuba, which was held in the United States. During his stay, on various occasions, friends from his work informed him that they had been asked about his departure from the country and that they were trying to find something that Arian had done wrong in his work. As a result of all of this, when he returned, he was informed that he was dismissed and given the resolution, which was based the disciplinary action on his participation in international counterrevolutionary events, which threatened the security of socialism in Cuba.
