Roberlay Rodríguez was detained in José Martí Airport when returning to Cuba from Trinidad and Tobago where he had participated in a training. He was detained for 4 hours and during that time his luggage was permanently searched. Roberlay made a formal complaint to the airport office about the way he was treated.
