Use of public resources for the benefit of the military.

On December 15, 2020, a high-ranking military officer of the FAR (Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Cuba), used public resources for the construction of his home. The political and governmental communist authorities certified such movement of resources for the benefit of the military officer. The event took place in Antilla in the district of Holguin. Those involved are Lieutenant Colonel Guerrero, head of roads, the Union of Military Constructions (UCM), which is the construction company. It is important to mention that more than 50 trucks full of construction material were used, including the fuel used in transportation.
