The child Dairon Wilian Tamayo Ricardo suffered a fall which caused the breakage of the two wrist bones in his right arm and the lifting of the skin. His father, the activist William Tamayo Ramayo and his wife Diana Rosa Ricardo Serrano went to the César Fornet polyclinic for first aid, where they treated him badly for being an activist and did not provide him with ambulance service. According to the victim, the orthopedic technician Saúl, who was on duty, had to do the work, but was not successful so the next day they had to go and find an orthopedic technician from the province of Holguín, while the minor was suffering from severe pain. The orthopedic doctor from Holguín found errors in the work done and had to argue with the technician who was opposing to making a new plate.
