The victim was in the Central Park in the municipality of Baracoa, when three men approached him with an intention to beat him since he had earlier defended a young boy aganst them. Two of them started kicking and beating him and then attacked him with an iron chain. The police came when the victim was already in a crititical condition. Knowing he was an activist, nothing was done about it.
