Cuban citizen arrested and insulted on his way to a meeting of an association

A Cuban citizen was leaving his house to participate in the first meeting of the Cuban Autonomous Rickshaws Association, when he was arrested by the officer Dario, of the Politic Police, along with wo other patrolmen who insulted him when he was at the patrolcar to find a reason to beat him. The detainee was transferred to the National Revolutionary Police (PNR) from Jovellanos where he remained for more than 6 hours. The citizen also was fined $1.500 Cuban pesos (€50) and was threatened with being imprisoned and with the confiscation of his rickshaw.
