An UNPACU activist summoned to Parque 24 in Guantánamo and threatened



In the morning, 6 January 2021, Ariolbis Batista Moya, an activist from the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU), was summoned to the police unit Parque 24 in the city of Guantánamo. At the unit, Batista Moya was received by officials Lionis and Víctor who threatened him and fined him due to anti-government posters which had appeared in the city on 1st January. The victim refused any participation. Based on this accusation, he was told by the officials that he did not have much time left and the best thing he could do is to collaborate with them which the victim refused.
