Felix Fernández was visited at his home by an official from the National Revolutionary Police (PNR) known as Cornelio. The official threatened him with imprisonment if he kept disturbing customers of the fish market opposite his house with his begging. Felix is desperate and asks people for financial or material help in order to subsist. The official also issued him an official warning. If Felix did not respect it, he would be prosecuted based on the law on dangerousness.
