Activist Marleidis Velet Navarro was the victim of racist and discriminatory acts by officers Captain Midelsi Duran Campo and Major Antonio Rodríguez of the Department of State Security (DSE) and the National Revolutionary Police (PNR) who humiliated her simply because she was a human rights defender.
