Person dead after the police failed to provide medical attention

Angel Luis came home intoxicated and started causing problems with his wife. His wife then called the police and Angel Luis was then taken to the Police Unit (Unidad Policial Parque 24). Hours afterwards, the victim was shaking in his cell and asked a prison official for help. He begged them to take him to a hospital because he felt really ill, but his claims were ignored. Angel Luis was found dead the next morning on his bed. His death certificate says that his death was due to low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
