Human rights activist intimidated to prevent her from celebrating Human Rights Day

In the morning, 10 December 2020, a Lady in White, Celina Osoria Claro, was about to leave for a celebration of the Human Rights Day in Guantánamo. Suddenly, the Moncada Street between 4 and 5 Sur was surrounded by police to assure that nobody could enter or leave the building and participate in the peaceful event. On the top of that, the house had been already put under surveillance the day before when State Security official Sergio along with other officials and Rapid Response groups were placed there, carrying baseball bats and threatening the people in the house.
