A laptop, a cell phone, and flash drive were confiscated arbitrarily



Arturo Feliciano Acosta Guillen organized a meeting with various activists for human rights in his house. After the activists left the home, a State Security Officer known as Kevin or Jefferson, along with other unidentified agents and policemen, began a house search. After, Acosta Guillen was taken to the Operations Detention Center. There, he was threatened by Kevin as a result of illicit association. He was released about four hours later, but was decommisioned of his laptop, cellphone, and a flash drive and various documents.
