A man mistreated and detained without formulation of accusation (Manuel Tames)

Felix Reve Sosa was quoted for prevention unit where he was interrogated by a soldier who accused him for the loss of 1 res of a military unit. He was detained for two months without legal procedure and without lawyers. He was beaten to talk and confess what he did not do. All the time he was at the military base, they did not give him bed, he was sleeping on the floor in a cell with no mattress or sheets. At this time Felix is in the Guantánamo prison accused of theft of state assets without being proved him the crime. All tests were negative, including smell test, fingerprints and etc. This is a clear violation of human rights in Cuba. The people are accused of a crime and despite there is no evidence, they are convicted unfairly. At present Felix Reve Sosa is under a process of appeal for lack of evidence.
