Lieutenant Armando of the Department of State Security appeared at Jimmy Roque's workplace, Polyclinic 19 de abril. In their meeting, the Lieutenant pressed Jimmy to get information about the Summit of the Americas in Peru, and to know if he would participate. The Lieutenant asked questions about other human rights defenders. He gave Jimmy his phone number inviting him to collaborate. The interview was not formally recorded.
