Erich Cedeño Velázquez was preparing to travel to México for a negotiation. As Erich is opposed to the activities of the Cuban government, the State Security understood that he was to participate as an independent civil society representative in the Assembly of the Organization of American States that was being held in Mexico. For this reason, he was prohibited at the airport from leaving Cuba.
