Yojarne Arce Sarmiento was on the way from Caimanera to the headquarters of the UNPACU at Guantanamo in order to attend the mass at Santiago de Cuba. At the checkpoint in Caimanera, he was detained and driven to the police unit, where he was threatened with prison by mayor Cantillo. After 4 hours and 30 minutes, he was released.
